Reach for
the Peaks
The beautiful San Juan mountains serve as a spectacular backdrop
for this annual event, so get ready for an incredible weekend
complete with color, excitement and high flying fun!
We're working on this year's list of colorful, eyecatching hot air balloons and there's sure to be many to delight!
This year marks our 28th year, with the first Colorfest Hot Air
Balloon Rally in 1986!
Schedule:
Friday, September 20
6:00 pm Pilot Welcome Reception & Passport to Pagosa Festival
Saturday, September 21
8:00 am- Balloons launch in the downtown area.
Saturday, September 21
7:30 pm - Balloon Glow - Athletic Field in Town Park.
Sunday, September 22
8:00 am - Balloons launch on the west side of town, which is uptown in the Pagosa Lakes area.
